Nine Lewis is set on a tree-lined block in the heart of Portland’s West End. The neighborhood is a mix of single and multi-family homes, with the majority built around the end of 19th century. Nine Lewis is just a block from several neighborhood shops and restaurants including Aurora Provisions, a gourmet grocery and café, and Caiola’s Restaurant, an excellent neighborhood eatery. Several blocks further down Pine Street is historic Longfellow Square. The Arts District and Old Port, with its many shops and restaurants, are both within walking distance.
